Bronx program offers parent coaching classes

A Bronx-based nonprofit group is offering workshops to parents who may need some guidance and advice for raising their children.
The Circle of Security Parenting Coaching Workshop is run by the Mental Health Association of New York City.
The program seeks to help parents with kids under five years old.
They meet weekly in small groups for two months where they watch instructional videos and discuss how to deal with their child's emotional needs.
Senior coach Bryan Kearse says more than 1,000 people have signed up since the program started a year ago.
