Officials: Apartments damaged in Bronx Boulevard fire; 2 people injured

WILLIAMSBRIDGE -

At least five apartments were damaged after a small fire in Williamsbridge.

Officials say a fire started around 2:15 a.m. on the fifth floor of 39-40 Bronx Boulevard.

News 12 The Bronx has learned that two people were rushed to Jacobi Medical Center to be treated for minor injuries.

The American Red Cross is helping several families impacted by the blaze.
