Fire damages Soundview apartment

BROOKLYN -

Firefighters battled an apartment fire in Soundview on Sunday.

The flames sparked around 1:40 p.m. inside 950 Evergreen Ave.

Authorities say the fire started on 14th floor of the 19-story building.

There were no reported injuries.
