Police say a 26-year-old man was shot in the knee inside a Townsend Avenue building Wednesday night.

EMS says the call came in around 8:50 p.m.

One witness says she was in her apartment when she heard men fighting and at least three gunshots.

The victim is expected to be OK. Sources tell News 12 that he has not been cooperative with authorities.

No arrests have been made.
