Police: Suspect assaulted, robbed man on E. 164th St.
<p>Police are asking for the public's help to find a suspect wanted for assaulting a 64-year-old man on East 164th Street. The suspect, described as being in his mid 20s, approached the victim from behind and punched him in the face, police say. </p>
