KINGSBRIDGE -

Two men are accused of attempting to break into a woman's home and rob her in the Bronx, police say.

The incident happened on Aug. 12, near Bailey Avenue and West 233rd Street around 2:45 p.m.

The men can be seen walking down the street in surveillance video as they approach the front door of the woman's apartment building.

Police say the men waited for the 23-year-old victim to open her door before attempting to force their way inside.

The woman screamed for help and her relatives helped to scare away the two would-be intruders.

The men ran from the building and left the scene in a light-colored car.

Anyone who recognizes them is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
