Parents, students shop for uniforms ahead of school

Some Bronx parents and their children were busy shopping for uniforms Monday ahead of the new school year.
At FlynnO'Hara Uniforms in Westchester Square, managers compared the day's shopping frenzy to last-minute holiday shopping. The shop has been operating in the Bronx for 45 years.
The store urges parents to pick up uniforms as quickly as possible so their kids can get the right fit. Online shopping is an option for those who cannot make it to the store in time.
Public city schools go into session next week.
