A man jumped from a Bruckner Boulevard overpass while still in handcuffs, according to police.
Police say they pulled the man over for a traffic violation and found drugs in the man's possession. Police say he was handcuffed and jumped from the busy roadway onto Rosedale Avenue.
News 12 is told the man is in critical condition at Jacobi Medical Center.
