Since Hurricane Maria struck Puerto Rico, many Bronx residents have stepped up to help those in need.
One local woman is doing her part this holiday season by hosting a toy drive inside of her own home.
Amanda Rosemary Colon says she got the idea months before Hurricane Maria.
She says she initially wanted to bring sensory toys to special needs children, but when tragedy struck back home she took on another challenge
Colon has collected toy for children in Puerto Rico who will be having a very different Christmas and Three Kings Day this year.
