Fordham family without working toilet, tub, sink for nearly a week

A Bronx family says they have been living without a working toilet, tub or sink in their apartment for nearly a week.
The Rodriguez family, who lives in the apartment at 2558 Creston Ave. in Fordham, says they have dealt with apartment issues and neglect for years.
Allison Rodriguez tells News 12 that she and her dad have dealt with a leaky bathroom ceiling and ineffective bathroom parts for years.
She says the management's answer was just patching up the problem.
Due to the problems, the bathroom has since been completely demolished. A representative from Wavecrest Management tells News 12 that maintenance workers discovered a bad waste line in the bathroom, which is why they had to rip the entire bathroom apart last Monday.
The Rodriguez family says the superintendent initially promised them a working bathroom by Wednesday of last week.
Management on Monday offered the family a hotel room to stay in until their bathroom was completely functional again.
Wavecrest Management tells News 12 the bathroom will be finished by Friday.
