Newborn baby, mother without custody reported missing

A newborn baby has been reported missing in the Bronx.

Police say the 2-week-old baby, Steve Kareem Turner, was last seen with his mother Jasmine, 24,  who does not have custody of the child.

According to police, the two were last seen leaving Jasmine’s home on Tinton Avenue after 2 a.m. yesterday.

Turner, who weighs 7 pounds, was last seen wearing a blue snow suit. Jasmine was last seen wearing black leggings, a zip-up hoodie and a black leather jacket, police say.
