Boogie Down Bites: Ann & Tony's Restaurant

Posted: Updated:
BELMONT -

Ann & Tony's Restaurant in Belmont has been serving up classic Italian dishes for 9 decades.

Ralph Napolitano's great grandfather first opened the restaurant on Arthur Avenue in 1927.

Each generation of the Napolitano's handing the restaurant down to their children.

"My grandfather Tony, he was a young boy, he ran around here as a young boy. My father ran around here in diapers and my brother and I ran around here in diapers," Napolitano says.

Their menu features classic Italian dishes like chicken, veal or shrimp.

Napolitano says it's the commitment to the classic dishes that has kept the family business going for 90 years.
