A 28-year-old Bronx teacher accused of having a relationship with a 12-year-old girl was back in court Friday.
Ryan Evans was arraigned on charges earlier this week in connection to having a relationship with one of his students.
Evans, a teacher at the Bronx Global Learning Institute for Girls, is accused of asking the student to send him nude photos via Snapchat.
Authorities say the student complied and sent him nude photos and photos of herself performing a sex act.
Investigators say Evans also sent lewd photos via Snapchat.
The criminal complaint also states that the two met near Yankee Stadium to kiss and that's when Evans stuck his fingers in the student's mouth.
Investigators say the relationship happened between August and December of this year.
The Bronx Global Learning Institute for Girls is a charter school that serves grades K-8. Since it's a charter school, Evans is not employed by the Department of Education.
Evans is facing several counts of sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a minor.
