HIGHBRIDGE -

A mother in Highbridge is pleading for help to find her missing son.

Police say 18-year-old Elvis Rosado was last seen on Dec. 18 at his family's home on Sedgwick Avenue.

His mother, Deyanira, describes him as developmentally disabled.

Rosado and others with autism spectrum disorder are more susceptible to wandering and getting lost, according to medical experts.

Anyone who has seen the teen is asked to contact police.
