Judge overturns Brooklyn man's conviction after 18 years in prison

A Brooklyn man is out from behind bars after a judge overturned his conviction on Thursday.
Sundhe Moses was 19-years-old in 1995 when he says he was wrongfully convicted for the murder of a 4-year-old Brownsville girl.
He spent the next 18 years in prison, telling people the lead detective in the case, NYPD Detective Louis Scarcella, coerced his confession.
Moses' lawyer says there was no physical evidence connecting Moses to the killing of the 4-year-old.
Moses is due back in court next month, where the district attorney will decide whether they will dismiss the charges or retry him.
