Several people were displaced after a fire inside of a four-story apartment building in Brooklyn Tuesday.
The fire started inside 529 56th St. at 5th Avenue around 1 a.m.
At least eight people are left homeless as a result of the fire.
Some residents tell News 12 they lost everything.
No injuries were reported. The Red Cross is helping the residents who were displaced.
The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
