Study: New York among worst states for driving

New York is among the worst states to drive in, according to a report.
WalletHub.com says New York ranked 41st on a list of the 50 worst and best states to drive in.
The results were ranked considering cost of ownership and maintenance for a vehicle, traffic and infrastructure, safety and access to vehicles and maintenance.
New Jersey, Rohde Island, Massachusetts, Alaska and Connecticut all ranked among the worst states to drive in.
Texas, Kansas and Nebraska were ranked the best.
