KINGSBRIDGE -

Two parents have been arrested after their 5-year-old son was found living in deplorable conditions on Kingsbridge Avenue.

According to a criminal complaint, Wilfred and Charlotte Lewis are charged with endangering the welfare of a child and failed excised control of a minor.

A deliveryman notified police of the child's living conditions. Police say the apartment had feces on the walls, maggots, vermin and hundreds of flies.
