Police: Man fatally shot over drug deal in the Bronx

A man was fatally shot inside a Bronx apartment while trying to buy marijuana, police say.

Jonathan Tuck, 25, was shot once in the head and died Sunday, according to police.

The incident happened inside an apartment complex at 2334 Washington Ave. around 9:15 p.m. Sunday.

Investigators say Tuck went to the apartment to purchase marijuana but was shot after some kind of dispute.

Police responded to a 911 call and found Tuck shot once in the head at the scene.

He was pronounced dead at St. Barnabas Hospital.

No arrests have been made.
