Monday marked day four of testimony in the trial of an NYPD sergeant who fatally shot an emotionally disturbed Bronx woman.

The day's proceedings centered around officers Rabadi and John Martin, who responded to the 911 call the night 66-year-old Deborah Danner was killed by Sgt. Hugh Barry.

Rabadi told the prosecution that he and Barry spoke with Danner's sister when they arrived at Danner's apartment. He said the responding officers then went to Danner's apartment, where two EMTs were standing outside.

Rabadi said Barry then entered the apartment and found Danner screaming and holding a pair of scissors. Martin said he did not see scissors but did hear Barry asking Danner to calm down.

The president of the local chapter of Black Lives Matter said the officers' testimony does not match that of the EMTs.

Two more responding officers are expected to be called as witnesses.

Barry is charged with murder, manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide.
