Police: Pregnant Bronx teen kicked, robbed inside apartment building

THE BRONX -

A pregnant teen was attacked and robbed inside a Bronx apartment building, police say.

The incident happened on Feb. 1 inside of 820 Saint Ann's Ave. around 2:15 p.m.

Police say the 19-year-old girl was walking down the staircase into the lobby of the building when she was attacked by two women.

The women knocked her to the ground and repeatedly kicked her before stealing her cellphone.

The teen was transported to Lincoln Hospital with bruising and swelling to her face.

Surveillance video shows the violent interaction.
