Police: Norwalk man accused of trying to lure women with money turns self in

New charges have been filed against a man from Norwalk already accused of accosting a jogger at a park.
According to police, Andrew Pacicca stopped a woman as she was jogging back in June and repeatedly offered her money to get in his car.
The woman eventually ran away.
In October, Pacicca was running alongside a 17-year-old female and tried grabbing her shoulder to stop her from running in Waveny Park in New Canaan, police say. He allegedly repeatedly offered her money for sex. The teen reported the incident to police.
Pacicca turned himself in Tuesday.
He is due in court next week.
