Mural painted for lovestruck New Yorker in search of mystery man

BROOKLYN -

A lovestruck New Yorker is searching for the man she sparked a connection with on the G train.

Devin Custalow, 25, felt a connection with a man in yellow shoes on the G train, though the two never exchanged words. Now she’s looking to make a love connection.

Custalow took to Craigslist to write about the nonverbal exchange, which has since been replicated on a 20-foot mural in Brooklyn with the help of Park MGM, a hotel based in Las Vegas.

The mural recounts the exchange and asks the man in the yellow shoes to meet Custalow in front of the mural at 1 p.m. on Valentine’s Day.

The mural can be seen across the street from the Williamsburg Hotel.
