Authorities say one of the men arrested in connection with a Morris Parks murder was related to the victim.

Joselin Espada and Nelson Lopez were charged in connection to the shooting.

Investigators say Espada shot his cousin, 49-year-old George Carrasquillo.

He was shot multiple times in his car on Hone Avenue, back on Feb. 5, just steps away from a catholic school.
