Third arrest made in connection with deadly home invasion

Police made a third arrest Friday in connection to a Bedford-Stuyvesant home invasion in October that left an elderly man dead and his 100-year-old wife injured.
Sources say they took 44-year-old Howard Harris into custody without incident.
Waldiman Thompson, 91, died from the injuries he suffered after being tied up with his wife in their home during the robbery.
Harris is facing the same charges of murder, assault and burglary as his alleged accomplices, including a former caretaker of the couple, who were taken into custody weeks after the incident.
Investigators say they do not believe there were any other people involved in the invasion.
