Nonprofit gets kids excited about science and technology

Organizers of a nonprofit held an event Sunday to get kids excited about the fields of science and technology.

The Jack and Jill community service event was held inside Bronx Community College.

The afternoon event was organized by mothers who want their children to be exposed to science and technology.

During the event, the kids were broken up into a variety of workshops that exposed them to science and technology skills.
