Garfield HS put on lockdown; police say no threat found

Garfield High School was put into lockdown Friday afternoon after an unspecified threat.
Garfield police tell News 12 New Jersey that no credible threat was found.
Students were kept inside the school until around 6 p.m. when officials began a slow evacuation of the school.
At least one New Jersey school has been put into lockdown due to a threat a day since the Feb. 14 mass shooting at a high school on Florida.
