Residents in the Hub say USPS does not deliver packages to homes

Bronx residents in the Hub claim that instead of receiving their packages at home, they're getting slips of paper telling them to go to the post office to pick them up.
One resident of 725 Southern Blvd. says he receives the notes even when he is home. He then has to head down to the post office and wait on line before he can get his packages.
News 12 reached out to USPS and a spokesperson said there are many buildings that don't provide delivery people with keys for regular access. USPS says that "requires action from building management to ensure regular delivery."
News 12 also reached out to the building's management for comment and is waiting for a response.
