A costume shop and creative studio is allowing people to unleash their inner clown in Schuylerville.
NYC Clown Studio helps teach students a variety of clown skills.
The studio’s owners, Milton and Janet Sheppard, say their workshops are for people who just want to have some fun, and for professional clowns who want to improve their skills.
The studio offers different workshops that include face-painting lessons and balloon animal-making classes.
