New surveillance video shows Uber shooting suspect

Police have released new surveillance video of a man accused of shooting an Uber driver in the Bronx.
Jeffrey Camacho, 26, remains in critical but stable condition at Jacobi Medical Center after being shot several times by a passenger on Saturday.
Police say Camacho stopped to pick up a passenger hailing a cab at Fish Avenue and Boston Road early Saturday morning.
Authorities say the customer shot Camacho with a 9mm weapon 7 times after being dropped off on Morrison Avenue.
The suspect made off with $23. Officials say his vehicle was not equipped with a security camera.
However, police were able to obtain video of the suspect from a local business.
Police say Camacho usually uses the Uber app to pick up passengers but for some reason picked up an illegal “street hail.”
The Federation of Taxi Drivers is offering $1,000 to anyone who has information that could lead to an arrest in the case.
