Police: Prostitutes, 2 men robbed victim of $96,000 at Bronx motel

Three women and two men are accused of robbing a man of nearly $100,000 during an encounter at a Bronx motel, police say.
The incident began Sunday inside the Van Cortlandt Motel on Broadway around 10 p.m.
Police say the 30-year-old man met with the three prostitutes inside of a motel room for a night of partying.
However, police say around 7 a.m., two men armed with guns broke into the motel room and stole $96,000 from inside a backpack.
Police say the victim told investigators the cash was from a recent windfall in a legal court case he had won.
The two men and all three of the women took off after the incident.
Police have released surveillance photos of all the suspects.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
