A man accused of killing a Bronx EMT last year was back in court on Monday.
Police say Jose Gonzalez, 25, was high on drugs when he stole Yadira Arroyo's ambulance and ran her over with it, killing her. He's charged with murder, manslaughter and robbery.
There was a large show of support from the FDNY in court. The judged ruled that Gonzelez's next court date is April 13.
The 44-year-old Arroyo worked as an EMT for 14 years out of FDNY EMS Station 26 on Boston Road. She left behind five children.
