Man accused of shooting 2 men, 1 fatally in the Bronx

Police have released surveillance video of a man they say fatally shot one man and wounded another in the Bronx.

The incident happened Friday at 5240 Broadway in Marble Hill around 8:45 p.m.

Police responded to shots being fired in the area and found a 30-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his head.

Police later identified the man as Keith Bailey. 

Bailey was rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

A 20-year-old man was also found shot at the scene and taken to Jacobi Medical Center where he was listed in stable condition.

The surveillance video released by police shows the alleged shooter.
