The Evander Childs campus now has a new look thanks to an international artist.
Students posed for photos on the field of the campus, not for picture day, but for a new project called Inside Out.
The project was started by French artist JR who has participated in Ted Talks, a film, won awards and has had his photographs displayed across the world.
"I saw what he was doing around the world and I thought, 'right here, we have faces that deserve to be seen,'" says teacher Amanda Tobier. "And we're in a big school with six smaller schools, and we really wanted to show how diverse and unified we really are."
The Inside Out team parked its mobile photo lab on campus and took pictures of the students, which will now be displayed on the exterior of the school for the remainder of the school year.
