Surveillance video shows men accused of Dunkin’ Donuts burglary

Police have released surveillance video of two men accused of hijacking a cash register through a Dunkin' Donuts drive-thru window.
The incident happened May 2 around 2 a.m. at the Dunkin' Donuts at 1735 Jerome Ave.
Police say surveillance video shows one of the men forced the window open, leaned in and took the register.
Police say the other suspect acted as a lookout.
The men fled on foot down Jerome Avenue, police say.
The manager says the drive-thru was closed at the time, and an employee was in the back of the store at the time of the heist.
