A large retaining wall collapsed behind a residential building Sunday morning in Kingsbridge Heights.
Officials say the wall behind 3138 Bailey Ave. was reduced to rubble after they say it became dislodged and collapsed into the backyard of the building.
They say the wall was around 30-feet high and 60-feet long.
The Red Cross says it has relocated several families, most of whom were living in the basement or first floor of the building. t
The Department of Buildings was on the scene assessing the damage.
No injuries were reported as a result of the collapse.
