A Bronx man is accused of holding a gun as he stood next to an NYPD car in a picture posted to social media.

Kelvin Rodriguez, 21, was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and for making terror threats, among several other charges, police say.

Rodriguez posted a picture of himself on social media Friday, holding a pistol next to a police car in the Bronx.

The image reportedly sparked a police investigation and was shared among NYPD officers who told each other to "watch out."

Rodriguez was arrested Sunday. He faces multiple charges.
