Sunset Park residents honor victims of Hurricane Maria

SUNSET PARK -

Hundreds turned out for the fourth annual Sunset Park Puerto Rican parade along 5th Avenue Sunday.

This year, Sunset Park residents honored those impacted by Hurricane Maria.

Organizers say the Sunset Park community has raised money and sent boxes of supplies and food to Puerto Rico.

The parade finished at Sunset Park where the community held a vigil honoring the lives of Puerto Ricans lost during the storm.
