A popular Bronx graffiti artist group is spearheading a new project to depict how strong Puerto Rico has been since Hurricane Maria.
TATS CRU wants to make sure the people of the Bronx do not forget about what happened in Puerto Rico last summer. To do this, Bruckner Boulevard will soon pay homage to the strength of the island in the wake of Hurricane Maria.
Being Puerto Rican themselves, members of TATS CRU say they feel it is their duty to honor the island's struggles.
TATS CRU says they expect to have the mural completed by the end of the week.
The mural will be located on Bruckner Boulevard between East 156th Street and Leggett Avenue.
