Students at the Bronx International High School helped create a 200-foot long mural over the course of two years.
The project was officially unveiled on Monday at graduation, as many of the students who worked on it move on to the next chapter in their lives.
“I wanted them to feel like they are artists, that they're contributing to the community, something really beautiful for everyone to view,” said Marney Fuller, the teaching artist at the school who inspired the mural.
The mural represent all four seasons, and begins with fall to mark the start of the school year.
The mural is located on Boston Road and 166th Street.
