A community says a final farewell to a man killed in a shooting.

Funeral services held for Jose Velez Friday.

Officials say he was shot to death by two men last Tuesday in Morris Park just before heading to work.

His family says he was a good father who worked hard to provide for his family.

The victim's mother is pleading for help in catching his killer.

"We just want justice, we want gun violence to stop, violence in this street to stop and we want parents and people in general to hear our cries and get justice for our son Jose Velez," says Jose's mother Aida Velez.

No arrests have been made in this case.
