A local teen actor is getting a big break with a starring role in Starz's "Power."
Francisco Burgos, 18, began his acting career at the age of 4, but has had to work hard to continue to pursue his dreams.
Burgos says he involved himself with the wrong crowd as a kid -- drinking and smoking nearly every day, to the horror of his mother, who just wanted him to return to acting.
Burgos overcame adversity, including having his father deported to the Dominican Republic at a young age, to act along 50 Cent.
"Power" premieres Sunday and he already has another job with CBS' "Elementary" set for the future.
