More than a half dozen men suspected in the gang assault and stabbing death of a Belmont teen declined to testify before a grand jury Monday.

Two waived their rights to appear before a judge -- Elvin Garcia and Jose Tavarez. The others pleaded not guilty, including Joniki Martinez.

He is the one who police say delivered the fatal machete wound to the throat of Lesandro Guzman-Feliz, who was known as Junior.

Junior was a 15-year-old member of the NYPD Explorers program whose violent slaying was caught by surveillance cameras outside a Belmont bodega.

All seven men face charges that include murder, manslaughter, assault and gang assault in connection with the attack. They are each scheduled to return to court on July 16.

An eighth suspect is due back in court court later this week.
