A man was found dead in Kingsbridge Friday.

Police say they discovered the body of 28-year-old Matthew Near inside of 38-35 Sedgewick Ave. with no apparent signs of trauma.

Emergency crews pronounced him dead on the scene.

News 21 is told he lives in the building.

The medical examiner is working to determine his cause of death.
