3 suspects face judge in teen’s bodega slaying

Three defendants accused in the brutal stabbing of a Bronx teenager faced a judge Monday.
The three are the latest suspects arrested in connection to the brutal stabbing of 15-year-old Lesandro "Junior" Guzman-Feliz.
Diego Suero, Gabriel Ramirez Concepcion and Danilo Payamps Pacheco all told the judge that they will not testify before a grand jury.

Authorities believe 29-year-old Suero, one of the alleged leaders of the Trinitarios' street gang, ordered lower members to carry out the fatal June 20 stabbing.
Gabriel Ramirez Concepcion, 26, is the 10th suspect in the high-profile case. Both men are facing multiple charges including murder, manslaughter and gang assault.
Pacheco's attorney told News 12 his client is the 11th defendant linked to the murder of Guzman-Feliz.

He says Pacheco surrendered to police, is not a gang member and has nothing to do with the brutal killing.
“He did not touch the deceased, drag the deceased, he didn't stab the deceased, he just knew one other person that was involved in this tragic situation,” the attorney says.
Their cases are now being presented to a grand jury for possible indictments.
All three suspects are due back in court on July 18.
