Police: More than 100 packets of K-2 recovered in the Bronx

Police made a major K-2 bust in the Bronx Friday.

Officials say more than 100 packets of the synthetic drug were recovered following a raid at a bodega.

The New York Post reported that this is the first action after the passage of a new state law that made K-2 a controlled substance.

The new legislation makes getting arrested for K-2 a felony--like cocaine and heroin.
