#N12BX: PBA launches neighborhood crime tracker

Posted: Updated:

The New York City's Patrolmen's Benevolent Association has launched its own neighborhood crime tracker.

The tracker found on PBASafetyTracker.nyc complies data of serious crimes including the precincts they are occur in.

The website also provides links to crime stories featured on the websites of local news outlets.

Officials say they created the tracking system as a resource tool for the public to use so they can stay safe in their neighborhoods.
