Tenants living on Hoe Avenue in Longwood claim they've had no gas for months.

Frustrated tenants at 1057 Hoe Ave. say their building has been without gas for months and that they've had to rely on hot plates to cook food. Tenants tell News 12 they have complained, but have only received promises in return.
                                                                                                                      
There are notices from the Department of Buildings on the door that state on Aug. 28 gas will be tested and necessary repairs will be made.

Some residents say they are not optimistic it will happen. They say the notice keeps changing and every month a different one appears.
