Police: Bronx man arrested for allegedly raping 20-year-old woman

A Bronx man has been arrested for allegedly raping a woman in Manhattan.

News 12 is told 21-year-old Pedro Rodriguez is behind a rape pattern out of the city.

The most recent incident happened on Aug. 25 when police say he approached a woman walking along the George Washington Bridge.

Rodriguez allegedly acted like he had a weapon, went through the 20-year-old woman's bag after demanding money and then raped her.

That victim was treated and released at a nearby hospital.
