Florence remnants soak the Bronx

The remnants of what was previously Hurricane Florence moved up the East Coast and soaked the Bronx on Tuesday.
At the Riverdale Metro-North station, there were clouds, steady rainfall and humid conditions through the afternoon and into the evening.
Some flooding was spotted earlier in the day along the Bronx River Parkway.
The rest of the week should see some sunshine starting Wednesday.
Water pouring into Penn Station caused some subway service changes Tuesday afternoon.
The MTA has since tweeted that normal service had resumed.
Florence devastated parts of North and South Carolina, causing widespread flooding in some areas and being blamed for dozens of deaths.
